CNC Machining

Livorsi Marine operates advanced CNC machining capabilities across all three of our U.S. manufacturing locations, allowing us to scale production efficiently for every segment of the marine industry. From precision parts for performance boats to custom components for military and commercial vessels, our in-house equipment ensures tight tolerances and consistent quality.

Metal Finishing

At Livorsi Marine, we offer a full range of in-house metal finishing services to enhance both the appearance and durability of our components. Our capabilities include precision polishing, electropolishing, and passivation to improve corrosion resistance and deliver a clean, high-quality finish. We also provide powder coating and anodizing in a variety of colors and textures for added protection and style. Media blasting and timesaving techniques ensure surfaces are properly prepared for finishing, while our Mimaki printing technology allows for full-color graphics and labeling directly on metal parts. These processes not only improve the performance and longevity of our products but also give them the premium look our customers expect.

Wire Harness

At Livorsi Marine our in-house wire harness manufacturing, providing reliable, high-quality wiring solutions for boat manufacturers. Whether you’re needs are low or high volume parts, our wire harness department can meet the unique electrical needs of the marine industry. We ensure that every wire harness we produce is durable, safe, and tailored to your specifications. Laser Engraving

At Livorsi we have the ability to add a custom laser engraved logo to many of the parts we make. We can engrave raw, polished or brushed stainless steel.

CNC Sewing and Embroidery

In-house Test Lab

Validation and certification is important not only for life safety products be in everything we manufacture. Livorsi Marine has a complete test lab in our Grayslake IL facility. In our lab we can conduct life cycle testing in both hot and cold chambers, vibratory tabs, salt spray, pull testing along with a team of test lab engineers to conduct any ABYC certification our products require.

Marine Environment Printing

At Livorsi Marine, we specialize in custom printing and private labeling solutions tailored for the marine industry. Using our high-resolution Mimaki printer, we can print your logo or custom design directly onto gauge dials, throttle handles, and steering wheel center caps. Whether you’re branding OEM components or customizing a one-off project, we can match virtually any color with precision using your Pantone number. Our marine-grade printing process is built to withstand sun, salt, and spray—delivering long-lasting results in the toughest boating environments.
