Autocal Fuel Level Senders – AFLS

Livorsi Marine’s AutoCal fuel level senders feature advanced microcontroller technology and are easy to identify by an “A” in the part number (e.g., AFLS) and the absence of trim or adjust potentiometers on the top. These senders have no moving parts, making them more reliable and durable than traditional float-arm styles. Aluminum tube models are designed for gasoline (up to 10% ethanol), diesel, or oil. PVC tube models are for potable water only — we do not offer units for non-potable water due to the risk of conductive buildup on the sensor wire.

These senders also detect water in fuel, signaling the issue by moving the gauge needle all the way to the right. They install using the standard SAE 5-bolt mounting pattern, work with both 12V and 24V systems and include two terminals for installation. Standard output is 240–33 ohms, with bendable models available by special order.
